At the organisation, they’re looking for an Executive Assistant to support their Chief Officer (interim Group Director for Development) and play a key role in the successful operation of their Development Directorate. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, challenge, and making a real impact.
What you’ll do:
In this role, you’ll be the organisational powerhouse behind the Chief Officer’s diary, meetings, and communications, ensuring every detail is managed with precision. You’ll take ownership of coordinating high-profile events, stakeholder meetings, and away days, making sure everything runs seamlessly and leaves a lasting impression.
You’ll also research, prepare, and present key information to support strategic projects, helping to drive forward initiatives that shape their communities. Building strong relationships across the organisation and with external partners will be central to your success, as will your ability to bring creativity and accuracy to everything from drafting communications to managing complex schedules.
What they’re looking for:
Proven experience working directly for an Executive (one-to-one) or any levels above
* Experience working within a development and/or construction sector (desirable).
* Excellent knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office 365 applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CoPilot, Teams.
* Experience of event and project management.
* Experience of minute taking, report writing and action-tracking.
* High levels of accuracy, organisation, prioritisation, and problem-solving skills.
* Experience of working on own initiative.
