Job Summary
Were looking for a passionate and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our clients team. In this role, youll be responsible for carrying out fabric maintenance across residential properties. If you have a strong background in building fabric maintenance (joinery, patch repairs, basic plumbing, tiling and painting, wed love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
Basic Joinery & Carpentry.
Minor plumbing works.
Tiling & painting.
Carrying out both reactive and planned maintenance.
Requirements
Comfortable working across a variety of trades rather than a single discipline
Confident carrying out both reactive and planned maintenance
Ideally a trade qualification.
3 years experience in a similar position
Right to work in the UK
