You, as part of our Client Acquisition team would utilise your excellent rapport building ability to maximise each opportunity to initiate and maintain relationships with potential clients. Introduce and promote the benefits of our services to potential clients. Ascertain suitability criteria to accurately relay information when transferring potential clients to our Healthcare specialists. Arranging and following up future call backs. Achieve/exceed targets and productivity expectations. Ensure excellent call quality. Accurately maintain customer records. Adhere to Regulatory requirements, Company processes & guidelines and best practice. Your key skills and experience: Essential Strong track record in a targeted telephone based position. Highly effective verbal and active listening skills. Excellent rapport building and objection handling skills. Efficient time management skills. Desirable Insurance or other financial service background.
