Are you an experienced appointment setter/telemarketer seeking a new challenge, in a vibrant, welcoming work environment where you will be encouraged and supported (not micro-managed) to excel. ​ Based in the very heart of Bournemouth, overlooking the gardens, you would support the success of our industry specialists who take pride in providing the best advice to new and existing clients regarding their Private Medical Insurance. You, as part of our Client Acquisition team would utilise your excellent rapport building ability to maximise each opportunity to initiate and maintain relationships with potential clients. ​ ​ What’s in it for you?: Salary: up to £25,000 per annum (OTE £35k) Hours of work: Monday – Thursday 9am - 7pm, Friday 9am-12pm Private Medical Insurance Discounted town centre parking Salary sacrifice pension scheme Up to 28 days holiday, plus Bank Holidays and your birthday off ​ Your exciting new opportunity involves: Making outbound calls in response to web enquiries, policy renewal dates. Introduce and promote the benefits of our services to potential clients. Ascertain suitability criteria to accurately relay information when transferring potential clients to our Healthcare specialists. Arranging and following up future call backs. Achieve/exceed targets and productivity expectations. Ensure excellent call quality. Accurately maintain customer records. Adhere to Regulatory requirements, Company processes & guidelines and best practice. ​ Your key skills and experience: Essential Strong track record in a targeted telephone based position. Highly effective verbal and active listening skills. Excellent rapport building and objection handling skills. Efficient time management skills.
