Are you a talented Sous Chef looking for your next challenge in a fresh-food kitchen? We\\'re looking for a motivated and experienced individual to support our Head Chef and help lead a dynamic and supportive kitchen team in Hinxton.

Key Responsibilities:
* Support the Head Chef in the daily running of the kitchen
* Lead and inspire junior chefs, maintaining high standards of food preparation and presentation
* Ensure all dishes are delivered to spec and in a timely manner
* Uphold hygiene and food safety standards at all times
* Assist with stock control, ordering, and managing kitchen efficiencies
* Take charge in the Head Chef’s absence
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up
* Passion for fresh, quality food and high standards
* Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, supportive approach
* Excellent organisational and communication abilities
* In-depth understanding of food hygiene and health & safety regulations
