Third Party Assistant Merchandiser – Direct Fulfilment Based at our Head Office in Whyteleafe, just 15 minutes outside of Croydon and easily commutable from London. To support this, were on the hunt for a talented Assistant Merchandiser to join the team and be a part of their success story. In this role, youll work closely with our third-party partners and internal teams to support strong commercial results. Building brilliant relationships will be key, so youll need to thrive when collaborating with a wide variety of stakeholders, both inside and outside the business. The role Lead third-party partner relationships, owning meetings, communications, and cross-functional collaboration. Manage daily marketplace operations, from product setup to customer order flow, ensuring accuracy throughout. Deliver strong commercial performance, trading accounts to KPIs, producing weekly trade packs, and forecasting sales. Build and manage seasonal ranges, analysing performance, supporting OTB decisions, and completing DF sign-offs. Ensure timely product launches, meeting a 90% on-time target and providing partners with accurate data. Monitor site availability, removing low-stock products, reviewing stock pots, and flagging risks to relevant teams. Maintain and update critical paths, completing trade actions within deadlines and ensuring departmental efficiency. Support promotions and marketing activity, ensuring accurate setup, partner deadlines, and commercial relevance. Lead and support team development, guiding Administration Assistants through training, 1:1s and PDPs; deputise for your manager. Champion the Ann Summers brand, delivering high standards, sharing insights, improving processes, and living our values.
