🔍 What You’ll Do
As a Workshop Engineer, you’ll be responsible for the repair, preparation, and modification of Jungheinrich and other brand material handling equipment—meeting our high standards for quality and productivity. Your day-to-day will include:
* Diagnosing faults and repairing equipment
* Performing pre-delivery inspections (P.D.I.s), rental preps & modifications
* Ensuring accurate documentation and updating our systems (JETI)
* Managing parts ordering and subcontract services
* Supporting site visits and modification control
* Liaising with internal teams and maintaining high safety & housekeeping standards
🔧 What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a technically skilled and proactive engineer with:
âś… Background in electrical or mechanical engineering
✅ Hands-on experience – ideally in materials handling, automotive, or battery tech
✅ Relevant qualifications – engineering apprenticeship or similar
✅ Computer skills – basic data input and system updates
âś… Strong attention to detail and a team mindset
Bonus if you have:
* Experience in materials handling
* Good fault diagnosis and creative problem-solving ability
