Salary: £30,000 – £32,000 per annum + tips/service charge
Hours: Full-time | 48 hours per week | 10-hour shifts | 5 days on, 2 off (typically Monday to Friday)

The Opportunity
As Chef de Partie, you will take charge of your section and deliver consistently high-quality dishes that meet the restaurant’s exacting standards. You’ll work closely with the senior team, developing your technical skills, creativity, and precision while contributing to a smooth, efficient service.
This role suits a chef with fine-dining experience who thrives in a structured, professional environment and takes pride in producing food of exceptional standard.

Your Responsibilities
* Prepare and cook dishes in line with recipes, standards, and presentation requirements
* Take ownership of your section, maintaining organisation and readiness throughout service
* Set up and stock stations with necessary ingredients and equipment
* Ensure dishes are delivered promptly, maintaining quality and consistency
* Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and allergen procedures at all times
* Maintain a clean, tidy workstation and ensure proper stock rotation
* Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth, coordinated service
* Assist senior chefs with menu development, prep, and daily tasks
* Contribute to a positive, professional, and respectful kitchen environment

About You
* Experience in a 2 or 3 AA Rosette or fine-dining kitchen
* Strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for great food
* Ability to run a section independently while working as part of a team
* Professional, reliable, and calm under pressure
* Good communication skills and a proactive approach to learning
* Own transport or ability to relocate (live-in available)
