Job Title: Team Leader
As a Team Leader, you’ll lead by example, making sure the team has everything they need so the shift runs smoothly! You’ll ensure the team maintains high standards and that our customers are kept happy.
Responsibilities
* Provide customers with a heartfelt and memorable experience each time they visit.
* Deputise for the management team and resolve issues in their absence.
* Help organise and coordinate the team during busy shifts.
* Ensure the bar is safe, legal, and clean, and address issues promptly.
