Duties of the Customer Service Administrator:
1. Handle and process customer orders and provide order progress updates as needed.
2. Generate invoices and assist the accounts team with any related queries.
3. Upload and maintain invoices.
4. Prepare and distribute weekly reports for customers in line with agreed schedules.
5. Communicate with customers via phone and email, ensuring enquiries are addressed promptly, professionally, and within agreed service levels.
6. Manage customer complaints and product returns in line with company procedures and within agreed turnaround times.
