Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Area Manager to join our team. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing multiple locations and ensuring the smooth operation of our business. This is a leadership role that requires strong supervisory and management skills.
Duties:
- Manage and supervise multiple locations within the assigned area (South of England)
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve cleaning targets
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement
- Provide guidance and support to store managers in achieving operational excellence
- Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Train and develop store managers to enhance their leadership and customer service skills
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business initiatives and promote teamwork
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail or hospitality industry
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Google Workspaces (Sheets & Forms)
