Strategic Influence - Report directly to Heads of Operations/SPV Property and contribute to capital development strategies while managing substantial budgets and complex engineering projects.
Customer-Centric Leadership - Deliver exceptional experiences for residents, commercial tenants, and visitors in an innovative, operationally efficient environment.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
Property & Facilities Management
* Oversee comprehensive estate operations including statutory compliance (L8, RIDDOR, Fire Safety)
* Manage planned preventive maintenance programmes and capital projects
* Build strategic relationships with key suppliers and contractors
* Ensure Health & Safety excellence across all operations
Financial Leadership
* Manage Operating & Capital budgets with full P&L accountability
* Deliver service charge budget performance and identify cost efficiencies
* Collaborate with Finance Team on annual budgets and year-end accounts
Team Development
* Lead, inspire and develop a high-performing estates team
* Drive recruitment, coaching, and succession planning initiatives
* Foster a culture aligned with our company's vision and values

Essential Experience
* 10+ years in facility and building management
* Strong technical expertise in block management, equipment maintenance, and H&S regulations
* Industry qualification (NFOPP, RICS, ARLA, ARMA, IRPM, IOSH, NEBOSH, CIBSE, CIOB, IHEEH)
* Proven service charge management experience
* Excellence in customer service and stakeholder management
