Across London and Essex; placements in community and complex packages
Block hours available; days, nights, weekends (rota dependent)
£15.00 – £18.00 per hour (varies by assignment and experience)
Key Responsibilities:
* Support with daily tasks and personal care.
* Monitoring and accurate documentation of epileptic seizures (as applicable).
* Medication assistance (in line with training and delegation).
* Nutrition and hydration support; PEG/enteral feeding if trained and assessed.
* Follow personalised care plans and escalate clinical/safeguarding concerns promptly.

Requirements:
* A kind, compassionate and calm approach to complex care.
* Strong communication skills and ability to build positive relationships.
* Previous experience with complex health needs and/or behaviours that challenge.
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own car (role dependent).
* Right to work in the UK; Enhanced DBS; willingness to complete specialist training.
