We are currently recruiting a Temporary Administrator to support our Assisted Living client based in Garvagh. This is a full-time role, MondayFriday 9am5pm, paid at £12.50 per hour, starting immediately. The placement is for an initial 4-week period, reviewed weekly. An Access NI check will be completed by us prior to starting. Key Responsibilities General administrative tasks including filing, data entry and document preparation Answering calls and dealing with enquiries Supporting staff with day-to-day office duties Maintaining accurate records and databases Any other duties as required to support the smooth operation of the home What We Need From You 12 years office administration experience Immediate availability Willingness to complete an Access NI check What We Will Offer You Full Induction and Training provided into the role A minimum of 28 days holiday pay (Pro Rata) Inclusion into companies pension scheme
