The role: Reporting to Global Head of Sales Operations, this London Head Office based role requires a significant degree of organisation, proactivity and most importantly, commercial awareness as you become part of the support frontline for the Sales department. You will lead and supervise day-to-day operation and performance of your team of coordinators, focusing on key regions of APAC (Asia-Pacific), China and the US. You will work closely with the Head of Sales Operations, sales operation team leader for Europe and key stakeholders in the APAC region, assisting with daily administration needs, addressing demand-related queries, and supporting team members with questions and ad-hoc requests. You will be expected to quickly familiarize yourself with trade accounts while building your knowledge of the brand, products, operational systems and procedures, and relationships with colleagues across departments. You will need to be able to efficiently answer a multitude of sales and technical enquiries, supporting other departments such as Customer Service, Finance, Marketing, and Dispatch teams. Key Responsibilities: Assisting Head of Sales Operations to ensure sales of bikes, parts and accessories, and special editions happen on time against forecast and launch timing. Safeguarding orders are fulfilled according to dispatch planner for countries under team leader’s management Understand and closely follow the twelve-month rolling sales forecast/pipeline plan for your teams markets in accordance with sales objectives Funnelling information, to and from customers, into and out of the business and across Brompton departments Bikes and Parts and accessories - Ensure all products are listed and available for customers on the internal B2B site. Ensuring team is chasing for payments according to payment report and reporting back to Global Head of Sales Operations. Developing strong working relationships with the assigned market customers Supporting sales of all Brompton products across assigned markets Supporting the Marketing department – internal orders and bikes request. Communicate deadlines and sales goals to team members. Improved and developed sales tools and processes to adapt to new business opportunities. Optimized existing processes to enhance compliance, efficiency, and automation Develops strategies to promote team member adherence to company regulations and performance goals Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations Who you are: Passionate about sales and building relationships Inspirational leader who engages employees to achieve results by being self-motivated while approaching work with a positive "can do" attitude. Excellent analytical and practical problem-solving abilities. Good listener with the ability to absorb information and at the same time build upon stable relationships, developing networks and identify resources as and when necessary. Remain rational when dealing with challenging situations, ensuring that communication is clear, systematic, and fact-based. The role is likely to involve administration, negotiating, and advising; therefore, the successful applicant will display a friendly approach and the ability to influence others in a clear, factual, and persuasive manner. Be a self-starter, proactive, flexible; a person who can work unsupervised to high standards and with meticulous detail. Strong organisational and time management skills. Work effectively under pressure and multitask. Fluent English communication skills - both verbal and written and the ability to simplify topics A team player who will contribute to the continuous improvement of the department and company. Flexibility to adapt to an ever-fluctuating environment Attention to detail Desired Skills and Experience: Sales experience is a must; solid working knowledge of account management IT literate - Excel, Outlook and PowerBI Previous line management experience would be ideal You might not tick all the boxes, and that’s okay, we still encourage you to apply.
