Here at Novus Health, we are seeking to appoint to the new role of Head of Clinical Operations. This is a senior role at the heart of our organisation, responsible for ensuring our services are safe, effective, and truly centred around the communities we serve.

Founded in 2007 by local GP's, Novus Health has grown from a small community initiative into a trusted provider of NHS-funded services across Wakefield and the surrounding areas. We deliver physiotherapy, dermatology, adult hearing care, minor surgery, vasectomy, and more. All our services are designed to provide the right care, in the right place, at the right time.

About the role
This is a key strategic and operational leadership post. You will oversee our multi-speciality clinical services, leading service managers and clinical leads to deliver high standards of care, meet performance targets, and continuously improve.
Your role will span day-to-day operational oversight and longer-term service development. You will lead integration between services, embed quality improvement at every level, and support our workforce to thrive in a dynamic healthcare environment.
About you
We're looking for someone who can combine strategic thinking with hands-on leadership. You will have:
* Senior operational leadership experience in healthcare, ideally across multiple specialities.
* A track record of improving quality, efficiency, and patient experience.
* Strong knowledge of NHS priorities, clinical governance, and regulatory requirements.
* The ability to lead, inspire, and develop multidisciplinary teams.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
