We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as aSenior Staff Electrical/Electronic Design Engineer, supporting the development and sustainment ofFlight Control hardwarefor commercial aircraft.

As a Senior Staff Electrical Design Engineer, you will:
* Lead thetechnical developmentof Flight Control hardware forprimary and secondary control systems.
* Providementorship and guidanceto electrical engineers across architecture, design, requirements, and certification testing.
* Ensure compliance withaerospace standardsand contribute to thecontinuous improvementof engineering processes.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with systems, software, and mechanical teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Were looking for someone with:
* Proven experience inelectrical design engineeringwithin aerospace or a related field.
* Strong knowledge ofelectronic architecture,certification standards, andsafety-critical systems.
* Demonstrated leadership intechnical mentoringandproject oversight.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
