Attega Group is currently partnering with our client in recruiting a Invoicing Coordinatorto join the team.The main purpose of this role is to work within the invoicing team onboarding and credit checking new clients.In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £16k, depending on experience, This role is a Part Time position. The hours of work will be either 9am – 2pm or 10am – 3pm over 5 days Monday – Friday.Your responsibilities will include:
* Complete the invoicing using our internal system
* Support other Group invoicing activities
* Support other Group invoicing activites
* Chasing up overdue invoices via email / phone weekly and Monthly.
* Keeping an up-to-date spreadsheet with overdue customer accounts and liaise with Accounts supervisor.
* Check daily credit score for customers via Credit Safe Portal.
The ideal candidate:
1. Experience in Invoicing
2. Computer Literate – Word, Excel
3. The ability to manage pressure and conflicting demands and prioritise tasks and workload
