WP: 2/3 days office-based, in Gloucestershire
I am currently partnered with a group of businesses, operating across the south & midlands region, in the Hospitality & Events industry. This business has recently acquired a fractional CFO, who is now perusing a financial team restructure of the business, to create a well-oiled finance function. Being over 30 years old & still family owned, this business prides themselves on a warm & welcoming culture, providing & hosting life-changing events, for soon-to-be married individuals.
This is a hybrid working role, requiring 2 to 3 days a week at their offices in Gloucestershire, with a natural progression route internally. Further details to follow.
What they need:
* 5+ years experience within finance, dealing with management accounts within a group structure (P/Q ACA/CIMA/ACCA, preferably fully qualified)
* Ability to grow & nurture relationships across finance & non-finance departments
* Self-starter, able to work on their own accord (WFH)
* Strong excel skills, ideally experienced with Xero
