• Deliver results for your region – GSV and all relevant financial indicators.
• Explore and develop projects.
• Participate in dealer development processes.
• Initiate and execute projects including external and internal walls.
• Coordinate and follow up on internal CA processes.
Key Accountabilities
• Achieve budgeted sales volumes, revenue, and contribution margin within your area by managing all sales cycle activities.
• Develop projects according to plan and build project pipelines using the dealer network.
• Support dealers in team development by—
• Promoting the corporate brand and values
• Introducing products, processes, and services
• Conducting internal and external environmental analyses, including budget allocation and financial status.
• Improving overall capability, including budget capacity and organizational efficiency.
• Handle projects effectively.
• Conduct co-visits with first-party clients and main contractors.
• Follow up on bidding and tendering processes.
• Supervise construction activities with the TS team.
• Resolve complaints and gather project feedback.
• Manage all commercial activities related to your projects, including pricing, overdue control, and accounts receivable collection.
Experience
• University degree or higher.
• At least 3 years of experience in project channel management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good analytical and execution skills.
• Business acumen with innovative enthusiasm.
• Fluency in Mandarin; competent in written and spoken English is preferred.
• Highly motivated and results-oriented.
• Willing to travel.
