The firm has a long-standing client base made up of regional businesses, developers, investors, and landowners, and is experiencing growing demand in its commercial property practice. This is a chance to step into a key role, handling complex and interesting matters while also contributing to the firm's growth strategy.
The Role
As a Commercial Property Solicitor, you will enjoy a diverse and stimulating caseload to include:
* Acquisitions and disposals of commercial property
* Refinancing and investment work
* Landlord and tenant matters, including leases and renewals
* Development work, including conditional contracts, option and promotion agreements, and development agreements
* Supporting the partners with business development strategy, helping to grow the team and expand its profile in Oxfordshire and beyond
* Building your own network of clients and referrers, supported by the firm's excellent reputation in the market

About You
* Qualified Solicitor (ideally NQ-5 PQE, though all levels considered) with solid experience in commercial property law
* A strong communicator with excellent client relationship skills
* Commercially aware, proactive, and ambitious to develop both personally and professionally
* Keen to play a part in the growth and future direction of the team
