The Role
You'll be based primarily in the workshop, keeping a mixed fleet of HGVs and specialist equipment running at full capacity.
This isn't repetitive dealership work - you'll be:
Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on HGVs
Diagnosing faults across mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
Supporting breakdowns when required (not constant call-outs)
Working on specialist equipment used in highway maintenance and civil engineering
Playing a key role in keeping projects moving across the UK
What You'll Need
Qualified HGV Technician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Experience working on HGVs and/or plant equipment
Full UK driving licence (HGV beneficial but not essential)
A "get it fixed properly" mindset - no shortcuts
