Job Description:
An exciting full-time opportunity to a join a respected law firm known for its professionalism and client-focused approach. The firm already have a strong client base alongside referrals.
We are seeking a Qualified, Property Solicitor (2 years PQE) to join their dedicated team with an emphasis on client care.
Responsibilities
* Managing a mixed caseload of residential and commercial property matters, including freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, Shared Ownership, Re-mortgages, and New Build developments.
* Handling cases from initial instruction through to completion, ensuring the highest standards of service throughout.
* Drafting and approving legal documentation, including contracts and transfer deeds.
* Managing all post-completion formalities.
* Providing clear, concise, and responsive legal advice to clients.
Qualifications
* Minimum 2 years Residential Conveyancing fee earning experience, essential.
* Solid experience in managing a conveyancing caseload independently.
* Supervision experience
* Proven track record of meeting fee targets and deadlines.
* Strong legal knowledge and understanding of the conveyancing process.
* Excellent communication and client care skills.
