Overview
We are representing a fast-growing finance company looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) to join their team. This role is ideal for someone in their first or second job who is eager to develop a career in sales within financial services.
The Business Development Executive role offers full industry training through a graduate-style sales programme, providing a solid foundation in financial products and sales techniques. Candidates will start in an office-based telesales role and have the potential to transition into a field-based position after 2-3 years.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume outbound calls to engage with potential customers from an existing database.
Qualify leads and pass them to Area Sales Managers (ASM) for further development.
Develop an understanding of finance products and sales processes.
Refine and enhance individual sales skills through structured training and on-the-job learning.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Degree preferable but not required.
Ambitious, with a strong hunger and desire to build a career and succeed.
Foresight and adaptability?someone who can see the bigger picture and is eager to progress.
A self-motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
A strong communicator with an excellent telephone manner.
Open to relocating within the UK in the future?ideal for someone who studied in Liverpool but is looking to move elsewhere.
Driving Licence required (or plans to get one within 1 year).
