Duties of the Panel Beater role:
6. Repair accident-damaged vehicles in line with manufacturer specifications
7. Replacing and repairing vehicle panels efficiently and accurately
8. Welding, panel work, and other bodyshop tasks as required
9. Ensure workflow flow is smooth and targets are met
10. Work collaboratively within a team environment
11. Maintain high standards of quality and safety
Candidate requirements for the Panel Beater position:
12. Recognised ATA or NVQ qualification in vehicle panel beating
13. Previous experience in a bodyshop environment is essential
14. Ability to repair and replace panels professionally
15. Experience with welding and panel work will be advantageous
16. Strong team player with good time management skills
