We are looking for sophisticated, fun, charming, and social staff who enjoy chatting with people to promote and sell shots in a central Newcastle bar and nightclub.
As part of our expansion plans, Prestige is seeking shot waitresses for a variety of venues around Newcastle.
Shifts would be late evenings, and the position is entirely flexible. Our operating hours are Monday through Sunday.
How does a shot waitress perform her duties?
A shot host circulates the club floor, giving out individual shots to clubgoers. Providing assistance and a little assistance to customers in areas other than the main bar helps keep queues at the main bar short. This, in turn, allows the venue to focus on other alcohol-based beverages.
Job Duties
* Chat with customers, ensuring they have a great time and stay in the bar.
* Sell lots of tasty shots
* Help maximise product sales for each venue.
Pay
Payment is commission-based per shift. You should earn between £ 150 and £ 300+ per night, but you can potentially earn more depending on your ability and hard work ethic.
Ideally, you have a background in promotions, shots girl work, sales, bar work, or waitressing, but this isn't essential if you have the right personality and experience.
