90% of your post is clinical:

You will self-roster your shifts on an annualised full shift rota giving you freedom to arrange the rota around your needs.

10% of your post is non clinical: Giving you time to maintain your portfolio and get experience in management, audit, teaching and research to help you complete your CESR competencies. You will also be given 10 days of study leave and a generous study budget on top of this to explore your educational needs.

Guaranteed Secondments

We guarantee a secondment per year as long as you are meeting your portfolio requirements, are up-to-date with mandatory training and appraisal and it is an agreed educational need.
