What you'll be doing:
Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with additional needs
Working closely with class teachers and SENCOs to deliver tailored support
Helping children build confidence, independence, and social skills
Creating a safe, positive, and inclusive learning environment
What we’re looking for:
Previous experience supporting children with SEN (ASD, ADHD, speech & language, etc.)
A caring, patient, and proactive attitude
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A real desire to make a difference
