As a Holiday Homes Sales Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in this journey—building relationships, showcasing our beautiful parks, and guiding customers every step of the way. Basic Salary: £28,746 per annum with OTE up to £70,000 per year.
What You Will Be Doing...
* Generating leads through walk-ins, referrals, and social media.
* Following up on enquiries promptly and professionally.
* Conducting park tours, presenting finance options, and closing sales.
* Carrying out pre-handover checks and providing after-sales support.
* Analyzing sales performance and driving part-exchange opportunities.
About You...
* Resilient with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Outstanding customer service abilities.
* Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume sales role is desirable.
* Confident in working towards budgets & KPIs, with a target-driven mindset.
* Proficient IT skills, including data input, email, Microsoft Word & Excel.
* Willingness to work weekends to support sales during peak periods.
