Administrator & Customer Support Pay: £12.21 per hour Contract: Temporary to Permanent Location: Tamworth – Office Based Contract: 12 weeks temporary to permanent Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (1-hour lunch break) Key Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support across the team. Handle customer queries via phone and email, delivering excellent service. Support with scheduling, data entry, and maintaining accurate records. Assist with internal communications and office coordination. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams on client follow-ups and general support tasks. What We’re Looking For: Previous administration or customer support experience. Strong organisational and time management skills. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
