Job Description
· Manage transactional finance functions including cash management, payroll, and accounts payable.· Lead, manage, and develop the finance operations team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.· Oversee the accounts payable process, ensuring supplier invoices are processed accurately, approved in line with company policy, and paid per company policy.· Oversee payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely processing in line with company policies and legal requirements.· Maintain and improve cash flow forecasting processes.· Prepare operational finance reports and KPIs for senior management.· Act as point of contact for transactional finance for external audits.
The Successful Applicant
· Part-qualified or qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or equivalent relevant experience.· 5+ years' experience in finance operations or transactional finance management.· Proven people management experience, with ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.· Experience managing payroll, cash management, and accounts payable.· Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and project management skills.· Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.· High attention to detail and accuracy, with a continuous improvement mindset
