Candidate Sourcing: Use job boards, social media, and networking to find top talent for your clients. Candidate Screening: Interview and assess candidates skills, qualifications, and fit for the roles. Job Matching: Match candidates with opportunities based on experience, qualifications, and client needs. Offer Negotiation: Facilitate salary negotiations and employment terms between clients and candidates. Market Research: Stay on top of industry trends, salary benchmarks, and talent availability. Consultation: Provide expert career advice to both clients and candidates. Administrative Tasks: Handle contracts, job postings, feedback collection, and database management.
