This next-generation Cloud Security Platform uses runtime context and eBPF-powered sensors to identify and prioritize critical risks, helping security teams focus on what matters most. Delivering real-time threat protection, API security, and full cloud posture visibility, they’re redefining how organizations protect their infrastructure.
As a Technical Account Manager, you’ll build strong customer relationships, lead smooth technical deployments, and ensure clients gain maximum value from the platform. You’ll act as a trusted advisor – driving adoption, solving challenges, and shaping product success.
Responsibilities:
* Lead post-sale onboarding and technical implementation
* Act as main customer contact, resolving issues and driving satisfaction
* Partner with sales on renewals and expansions
* Guide customers on best practices and feature adoption
* Advocate customer needs across product and support teams
Requirements:
* 3+ years in SaaS customer-facing roles (TAM, Solutions Architect, etc.)
* Strong background in cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure), cybersecurity, or DevOps
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* Experience leading technical projects and deployments
