What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Speaking with customers experiencing payment difficulties and agreeing realistic routes forward
2. Managing arrears cases through tailored repayment plans, forbearance options, or term solutions
3. Proactively contacting customers by phone, email, and post to understand circumstances and agree outcomes
4. Handling loans approaching term end, understanding exit strategies and planning next steps
5. Managing both collections and litigation cases to resolution
6. Liaising with third-party solicitors, surveyors, receivers, and other stakeholders
7. Supporting complex litigation matters that fall outside standard processes
8. Issuing redemption figures and resolving related queries
9. Reviewing third-party invoices for accuracy and approval
