* Reimagining permanent designs for enhanced buildability
* Designing temporary works and traffic management solutions
* Advising on procedural management of temporary works, construction materials, ground engineering, and surveying

Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Design Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our Construction Engineering team, contributing to the delivery of complex construction engineering services. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
* Agreeing on technical requirements with clients and leading the development of fee proposals
* Organizing and overseeing the workload of engineers and technical staff
* Ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company policies
* Producing design deliverables, including calculations, drawings, and reports
* Identifying opportunities for value engineering and implementing approved solutions
* Building positive relationships with clients and project teams
* Managing financial and commercial aspects of projects
* Maintaining project documentation and providing regular updates
* Reviewing monthly invoices and seeking client feedback for continuous improvement
What We’re Looking For
This role is perfect for you if you:
* Have completed IEng Initial Professional Development (or CEng equivalent) with a relevant professional institution (e.g., ICE)
* Hold Level 6 or Level 7 qualifications along with significant relevant experience

Working Conditions
Location: SE1, London
Hours: 40 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available!
