Social Worker – Front Door Team in Darlington UK earning £31.80 hourly for 3 months
Join us for an exciting opportunity as a Social Worker within Darlington’s Front Door Team where you will ensure that children and families receive the right services without delay. This non-case holding role is all about impacting positive change by working with a multi-agency team including health, police, education, and early help providers. Your skills will contribute to the best outcomes for our children and families in a supportive team environment. The role is full time, offering a flexible balance of office and home working with office days on Tuesdays and Wednesdays and your choice the rest of the week.

What you will do:
* Work within the multi-agency front door to assess incoming contacts from both professionals and the public.
* Apply your expertise in relational practice to ensure quick, effective responses and solutions for children and families.
* Collaborate with police, health, education, and early help partners to develop comprehensive intervention strategies.
* Engage with services to make informed decisions on whether early support or social care intervention is needed.
* Contribute to Darlington’s Children’s Front Door Service by incorporating innovative practices that have been proven effective.
