New Directions Education are currently recruiting an Unqualified Teacher to work in secondary schools across the Wirral. This is a fantastic opportunity for aspiring teachers or education professionals looking to gain classroom experience and make a positive impact on students’ learning.
The Role:
1. Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects
2. Managing classroom behaviour and maintaining a focused learning environment
3. Supporting students with their work and encouraging engagement
4. Following school policies and safeguarding procedures
5. Providing feedback to teaching staff where required
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
6. Experience working with secondary-aged pupils (desirable)
7. Confidence leading a classroom independently
8. Strong communication and behaviour management skills
9. A flexible, proactive, and reliable approach
10. A genuine interest in education and student development
All applicants must have, or be willing to obtain, an Enhanced DBS check and provide appropriate professional references.
