What is the Programme?
Its for 2 years. As a Commercial Graduate you will be involved in a programme that consists of 6 x 4 monthly rotations and provides opportunity to be a part of a variety of projects. Working across Marketing, Property, Retail, Aviation Development, Commercial Analytics and Parking provides an excellent grounding in many commercial disciplines.
Discrete projects will be identified in each area which enable you to experience and learn as much as possible and could vary from developing a fast track passport proposition, to working on projects to boost public transport participation to landing an advertising campaign to helping launch a new retail store.

Do you have what we're looking for?
5. Achieved or predicted 2:1 grade in a commercially orientated discipline (Graduated 2024 or projected for 2025)
6. Numerate and commercially minded
7. A passion for understanding our passenger and their experience at London Gatwick
8. A strong aptitude for problem solving and analytical thinking.
9. The ability to multi-task and prioritise workload based on impact and risk.
10. Ability to working cross functionally and collaboratively, being comfortable leading project teams
11. Confident and self-motivated
12. Have a professional and flexible approach to responsibilities and be capable of working within a wider team
13. Competent with Microsoft Office products
14. Excellent attention to detail
15. Ability to manage a busy case load
16. Team working- you'll enjoy working in a team environment, sharing ideas, and collaborating with colleagues as well as other graduates

Selection Process
17. An online application that will involve a CV – closing date 7th November 2024
18. Online assessments to demonstrate your strengths and the necessary behaviours to be successful
19. If successful a virtual 1st stage screening call
20. An assessment centre with group and individual activities as well as a behaviour-based interview with the opportunity to meet managers and explore the airport.
