Mechanical Building ServicesWere looking for a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to join a well-established M&E Contractor delivering mechanical services across the UK retail sector. Youll be taking responsibility for a major national client, managing projects from initial design through to completion, with travel expected to sites nationwide.About the RoleYoull oversee multiple retail refurbishment and fit-out schemes, ensuring mechanical services are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard. Youll lead project teams, coordinate subcontractors, and act as the main point of contact for the client.Typical responsibilities include:Managing mechanical installation works including HVAC, plumbing, and public health systemsPlanning, programming, and delivering projects to budget and timescaleLeading site and office teams to achieve consistent quality and complianceManaging client relationships and ensuring repeat business through excellent serviceOverseeing Health & Safety and CDM compliance across all sitesAbout YouYoure an experienced Mechanical Project Manager who enjoys the challenge of fast-paced, multi-site retail projects.
