We are looking for an organised and proactive Training Manager to support the delivery of engaging training programmes across the business. You’ll play a key role in onboarding, coordinating training, managing learning systems, and supporting development.

Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and deliver induction and onboarding programmes
* Schedule and manage training sessions, materials, and logistics
* Conduct training needs analysis and support learning solutions
* Manage external training providers and support budget tracking
* Maintain the training calendar, enrolments, and communications
* Support leadership development and apprenticeship programmes
* Administer the LMS and ensure accurate training records
* Track training effectiveness and report on key metrics
About You
* Experience in L&D, HR, or training coordination
* CIPD or training related certification
* Apprenticeship programme knowledge
* Strong organisation and communication skills
* Experience in building leadership pathways or competency frameworks
* Experience with LMS and data/reporting
* Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
