Job Title: Project Manager – Identity & Access Management
Location: London, United Kingdom (Hybrid)
Salary: £70,000 - £95,000 (FTC)
Contract: 6–12 Months
A leading London-based organisation is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join on a contract basis, supporting a key Identity & Access Management (IAM) and Directory Services programme within a complex, global environment.
This role will play a key part in driving the delivery of identity and access initiatives, working closely with technical teams and senior stakeholders to ensure secure, efficient, and well-managed access across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the delivery of Identity & Access Management and Directory Services workstreams
* Engage with stakeholders across security, infrastructure, and business teams to define and deliver requirements
* Manage end-to-end delivery of identity-related initiatives including SSO, MFA, and Active Directory/Azure AD enhancements
* Oversee planning, risks, dependencies, and programme reporting
* Support the implementation of security and access controls aligned to best practice
* Act as a key link between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity
Experience Required
* Proven experience as a Project or Programme Manager delivering IAM or identity-related programmes
* Strong understanding of Identity & Access Management concepts, including Active Directory, Azure AD (Entra), SSO, and MFA
* Experience delivering in complex, global or regulated environments
* Excellent stakeholder management skills within structured environments
* Previous experience within professional services or similar environments is advantageous
