Senior Sommelier - Hakkasan Mayfair London
Job Description
We are in search for an enthusiastic, positive and talented Senior Sommelier to join our fantastic Team at Hakkasan Mayfair!
The ideal Senior Sommelier has:
* Previous experience in a similar role and within a fast paced luxury environment
* A charismatic personality, able to ensure that guests are given an exciting and memorable experience
* Leadership and delegation skills including the ability to train and mentor the Sommelier team
* A tenacious passion to succeed and develop: WSET L3 or advanced CMS preferred
* Ideally experience with ordering and stock rotation
* Exceptional service standards with attention to detail
* Good command of English with the ability to communicate confidently
* Ability to work under pressure and willingness to work as part of a team
* Availability to work full-time and be flexible
* Proof of eligibility to work in the United Kingdom
