Supervisory/Managerial * Management/support to the Accounts Payable and Trading Accounts teams. * Training, performance, role progression. Duties: Day-to-day leadership of the Trading Accounts team. Overseeing the reconciliation and review of the monthly site/Client trading reports, Liaising with Operations teams to investigate and resolve discrepancies. Ensuring accurate and timely input of trading account queries. Supporting audit processes for the trading Account team records. Day-to-day leadership of the AP team, Overseeing supplier Invoice processing and relevant payment runs, Ensuring supplier reconciliations and aged creditor reports are maintained.
