NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the implementation of the EIB funded project called: JETP South Africa Transnet Decarbonisation Framework Loan and is searching for experts to support the core team during the implementation of this project.
Location: South Africa.
Duration: Q3 2026.

☝️ Minimum Qualifications and skills:
* University degree in Engineering, Natural Sciences or equivalent.
* Proficiency in oral and written English language.
☝️ Minimum General & Specific professional experience:
* Minimum of 10 years’ experience in environmental impact assessment and permitting of large transport infrastructure projects or public authorities, of which at least 3 years should be in South Africa.
* Involvement in a minimum of 2 large transport infrastructure projects in the past 10 years.
* Involvement in a minimum of 1 transport project in a developing country, preferably in Sub-Saharan Africa, financed by EU, EIB or other IFI’s in the past 10 years.
