What You’ll Do
* Handle end-to-end movement of groupage freight across Europe.
* Manage the day-to-day operations for our clients.
* Maintain communication with customers, overseas partners, and internal teams.
* Book and track shipments, helping to resolve issues quickly and professionally.
* Being involved in the completion of all necessary documentation.
* Supporting continuous improvement of service levels and customer satisfaction.
* Some experience with using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
* A good communicator both verbally and via email, along with good customer service skills.
* A keen eye for ensuring accuracy in data with both information and figures.
