Location: Sheffield
Salary: £29,093 per annum + £1,000 Secure Allowance + Sleep-In Allowance
Overtime paid at 1.5x beyond 37 hours per week

As a Children's Residential Support Worker, you will provide high-quality, child-centred care and assertive, positive parenting. You'll support young people with daily routines, personal development, and emotional wellbeing. You'll also lead keywork sessions, implement care plans, and maintain safety and security in line with safeguarding standards.
We're looking for Children's Residential Support Workers with experience in residential childcare, youth justice, special education, or care of vulnerable adults.
