My name is Mario and I am a Real Estate photographer based in USA.
I'm planning on photographing between 5-10 homes per week each needing about 20 images per
house to be edited by a high quality photo editing professional.
I'm not only looking for an editor but an ongoing business relationship.
What I am looking for in terms of editing requirements are:
• Sky replacements (Natural looking, if necessary)
• Fire to be added to fireplaces (When necessary)
• Images added to TV screens (Natural looking)
• Color correction
• Merge to HDR (I shoot 5 bracketed exposures in RAW)
• 24hr turn around time on each job
• I prefer a more natural look on the images (Not over edit to the point that looks fake)
• Day to Dusk (If requested by the client. We can negotiate pricing for this)
• Virtual staging (If requested by the client. We can negotiate pricing for this)
Note: We can negotiate editing pricing per image according to the current rates
I shoot in RAW on a Sony camera and all my photos are bracketed. I can supply them to
you however is most convenient for the both of us.
I am looking for someone reliable for a long term professional working relationship.

NOTE: Google Drive creates JPG previews and the darkest exposure may look brighter and noisy. But is just a previewer. You will have the full RAW files once downloaded.
