As a Shift Team Leader you will be responsible for ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant plant operations whilst leading a shift team of Operators.
The Role Key responsibilities of the Shift Team Leader include: Leading and supervising a team of Control Room & Assistant Operators ensuring efficient operation of the power station Ensuring the plant operates in line with environmental permits and site procedures Acting as an SAP, managing safe systems of work including permits Coordinating shift activities, including staff and contractor supervision Supporting training, development, and progression of operational personnel Working closely with maintenance teams to minimise downtime and maximise availability Maintaining a strong health & safety culture across all shift activities About You Were looking for an experienced operations professional with a strong background in power generation and a proven ability to lead teams in a safety-critical environment.
