Pineapple Recruitment are working on behalf of our client, a well-established and highly respected business based in Worcester, we are seeking a motivated Credit Control Assistant to join their close-knit finance team.

The Role:
Working closely with the Credit Controller, you will play a vital role in maintaining all financial records. You’ll be building relationships, solving queries, and ensuring our clients finance systems are world-class.
Key Responsibilities:
* Debt Management: Support the monitoring of outstanding debts and ensure prompt payment cycles.
* Customer Liaison: Contact customers regarding overdue invoices with a polite, professional, and solution-oriented approach.
* Credit Assessment: Assist in checking customer credit info and preparing recommendations for credit limits.
* Problem Solving: Liaise with internal depots and sales ledger teams to resolve billing queries quickly.
* Reporting: Help prepare data analysis and summaries regarding debt collection performance.
* Administration: Maintain accurate records in our finance systems and assist with general data entry and filing.
Requirements:
* Communication: Strong customer service skills with a professional telephone manner.
* Technical Skills: Good computer literacy and an aptitude for learning new financial software.
* Attributes: High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
