You’ll bring to the team the review of technical data, environmental project support and the ability to work at pace in complex technical situations. Your contractual place of work will be one of the North National Trust Regional offices, Altrincham, Newcastle, Grasmere or York. Our hybrid working policy means you can balance office and home working with site visits and meetings at other National Trust places. You’ll support work across several properties in the North Region, working alongside other Specialist Delivery Partners and property teams. You'll join an innovative and experienced team in the North to ensure that we achieve our vision – tackling climate change, reducing carbon and making the most efficient use of natural resources in everything we do.You’ll do this by providing analytical support for the Climate and Environment team looking at carbon, energy, water and waste to pinpoint where and how we can improve performance. You'll support the administrative duties of our team responding to requests for information including environmental compliance, providing hands-on support to meet the needs of our internal clients and ensuring that the data captured in the Climate & Environmental Management System is accurate and up-to-date.You’ll need to draw on research, analysis and intelligence from internal and external sources including climate hazard maps, GIS (Geographic Information System) maps and various dashboards to help us and properties to prioritise climate action.
