Chef Manager – Blyth B&Q Distribution Centre

We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Chef Manager to lead our kitchen team at Blyth B&Q DC. If you thrive in a fast‑paced environment and have a flair for fresh, nutritious food and great service, we’d love to hear from you!
Location: Symmetry Park, Blyth, Nottinghamshire, England, S81 8PU
Hourly Rate of Pay: £15.89
Position Type: Permanent | Employment Type: Full‑time | Weekly Hours: 40 | Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
* Manage day‑to‑day kitchen operations
* Plan and prepare balanced meals for staff
* Ensure all food hygiene and safety standards are met
* Lead and motivate the catering team
* Manage stock, budgets, and suppliers
Requirements
* Proven experience in a similar role
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Food Hygiene Level 2 (minimum)
* Passion for quality food and customer service
